Section 07

Photography & Imagery

Photography communicates KDIAE's warmth and ambition. Images should feel authentic, bright, and child-centred — not stock or staged.

Candid Learning

Natural shots of students engaged in classwork, experiments, and activities — genuine moments, not posed.

Bright & Airy

Well-lit environments with natural light. Avoid dark, underexposed, or heavily filtered images.

Campus Showcase

Highlight modern classrooms, playgrounds, and facilities. Architecture should look welcoming and safe.

Teacher–Student Bond

Showcase the caring relationship between educators and students — the heart of the KDIAE brand.

Co-Curricular Life

Art, sports, music, and events — showing the holistic development experience that sets KDIAE apart.

Avoid

Generic stock photos, heavy filters, overly formal poses, images with low-quality resolution, or unrelated content.

Hero Background Treatment

All hero section background photos must use a dark overlay at 10–20% opacity combined with a gradient from #212529/95 to #212529/60 to ensure text legibility. Blue blur blobs (rgba(0,123,255,0.10–0.15), blur-3xl) are used as ambient lighting elements.

Section 08

Voice & Tone

The KDIAE brand voice is warm, confident, and aspirational. We speak as caring educators — never as corporations. Our tone adapts: inspiring on landing pages, reassuring in parent communications, and celebratory for achievements.

✓ Do

  • Use warm, inclusive language — "Your child", "Every family"
  • Lead with benefits and opportunity, not features
  • Be specific — name places, qualifications, real numbers
  • Use active voice and short, confident sentences
  • Celebrate student milestones generously
  • Sound human and approachable in all comms

✕ Don't

  • Use cold, corporate, or bureaucratic language
  • Overclaim — "Best school in India" (unprovable)
  • Use jargon or educational acronyms without explanation
  • Sound urgent or fear-driven ("Limited seats! Act now!")
  • Use gendered language that excludes any child
  • Ignore the parent's emotional investment in their child

Aspirational

We help families dream bigger. Every message should lift their hope and confidence in their child's future.

Trustworthy

Transparent fees, honest communications, and evidence-backed promises. We say what we mean and mean what we say.

Warm & Caring

We are educators first. Our language reflects genuine care for every child — by name, not by number.

Copy Examples

✓ Correct

"Nurturing young minds with a future-ready CBSE education in the heart of Hooghly, West Bengal. Premium schooling, accessible to all."

✕ Incorrect

"We are a CBSE affiliated educational institution providing students with a holistic learning experience in the Hooghly district. Enrol today."
